Since 1978, Bisbee’s Flooring has helped families across McFarland, Madison, Stoughton, Monona, and the rest of Dane County find floors they love. We’re a family-owned store, and our reputation has been built one living room, basement, and staircase at a time.
What do our customers tell us most? That we give honest advice and don’t push upgrades they don’t need. That David shows up on time for free in-home measurements. And that our dedicated installation team treats their home with care. Every install is backed by our 1-year installation guarantee, and with our Got Your Back Guarantee, you’ll get a quote from us even if you’re planning to install it yourself.
Read what your neighbors have to say below. If we’ve worked on your home, we’d love to hear how we did.
Bisbee’s Flooring Center holds an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau, the highest rating the BBB gives. BBB ratings reflect how a business handles customer complaints, how long it has been operating, and how transparent it is about its practices.
For a local flooring store, that matters. When you hire us to measure, sell, and install your floors, you’re trusting us inside your home. Our A+ rating is one more way you can check that trust is well placed.
